DELUXE MINT PLATE BLOCK FILE 6.25" X 4" 50 PAGES for PB stamps

Description

You are bidding on a 6.25" x 4" leatherette Deluxe Mint Block File, containing 50 pages of sleeves holding 100 plate blocks of stamps.
Each page holds 2 plate blocks separated by black cardboard, with PVC separators.
Although previously used, there is no visible degradation to these sleeves or outside binder.
(My photos do not do any justice to the real colors of these folders. The actual ones look much better in person.)
