    Description

It’s very important to have great flexibility on the golf course, it’s important to maintain and train your muscles to develop proper muscle memory to become a more consistent golfer.  The Turn N Tilt offers the opportunity to Train anywhere and develop and maintain proper muscle memory to improve all aspects of your game.
If you’re a golfer then you know the struggles of dealing with your swing. You have goals for yourself and just when it seems like you made a breakthrough in your swing, things go south yet again. You’ve fought a slice, you’ve had the shanks, you’ve had days where you swore that you were about to quit this game. Then out of nowhere you have that shot that reminds you of why you play this amazing game, and why you keep banging away at balls on the range hoping to find that quick fix that’s going to change it all. Well STOP! I’m sorry to tell you but there are no quick fixes for your swing. There’s no secret. There’s just hard work and dedicated practice. That’s where we come in. We knew that finding time to practice was tough, so we came up with the perfect training system that allows the golfer to practice the proper positions of the golf swing with simple drills. I happily introduce you to the Turn N Tilt!
    What Does The TNT Do?
The Turn N Tilt teaches a golfer to gain better control of their body. Doing so allows a golfer to maximize their distances while remaining consistent. Proper body movement also helps a golfer avoid injury.
    HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Turn N Tilt has two pieces to its system. A highly functional, multi-use golf mat and a durable double sided laser stick... all designed to help you feel the motion of a tour pro with your body.
    WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
BETTER GOLF! And we mean that. In fact, we’ve tested it, and proven it with REAL golfers just like you. The results were conclusive. Golfers gain distance with the TNT. And not only that but they gain more accuracy as well!
    THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT
When a golfer sets up; their upper body (thoracic spine) is on a tilted axis. Let’s call it 45 degrees. For the spine to maintain its inclination to the ground a golfer must tilt at their side roughly 45 degrees. This is also referred to as “keeping your posture”. This primarily helps a golfer control where the club enters the ground and control balance throughout the swing. Turning the upper body is essential if a golfer wants to use their big muscles effectively by activating them with the proper use of torsion. Without enough turn it will be nearly impossible to put the club in a position where it can be swung onto the 45 degree swing plane established at address.

    TNT double sided laser
    TNT Video
    Video covers:
    Introduction to the Mat
This video will briefly go over each section of the mat and give examples of how the 4 parts of the mat work together to allow you to practice different areas of your swing.
    Address with the Club
This video will explain how to properly set up with a golf club.  If you struggle with balance or don’t know to properly set up with the club then this is a great video for you. Follow the 5 factors to success at address, and making a golf swing will become much simpler.
Setting up Correctly with the Laser
This video will show you exactly how to set up with the laser and where to place it on your chest.  It will introduce what we mean by turn and tilt and how to do them with your body individually.
    Address with the Laser
This video will show you how to address properly with your body so that you can set up for a powerful and balanced golf swing.  It will show you some of the faults that golfers tend to have when they set up and how to fix them.
    Takeaway with the Club
If your shot is starting to the right after you impact the ball then you are more than likely opening your club face in the takeaway.  Making the proper take away will help you get more width in the backswing, leading to more club head speed in the downswing.
Full Backswing with the Laser and Mat.
This video will show you how to make a proper backswing with your body using the laser stick and the mat.  It will show you how far to turn your shoulders in the backswing so that you can maximize your distances while remaining consistent.
    Finish Backswing with the Club
This video will show you how to complete your backswing and how to get the club far enough away from the ball to swing on plane and get more club head speed. Getting the proper amount of club depth in the backswing will eliminate those slices and produce more draws.
Downswing and Full Swing with the Laser and Mat
This video will show you how to use your body to create power most efficiently in the downswing.  It is a combination of shifting your weight to your lead leg and turning through the impact zone quickly by tilting.  Lastly, this proper motion helps prevent injury.
    Downswing with the Club
This video will use the multiple sections of the mat to show you how to swing on plane in the downswing with your club.  It will address the most common issues that golfer face today.
    Impact with the Club
