    For sale is a lot of 21 poker chip racks, all were used in 2009-10 at Victory Poler Lounge in Portsmouth, Virginia, one of the first legal gambling establishments in the state.  They have been in storage since.  They will all be hand-cleaned and dried, and shipped with the utmost care.  Thank you for your interest!
