    Teachers College, Montclair, New Jersey
    Montclair Teachers College, now Montclair University began as the State Normal School in 1906. IN 1924 it became the first school dedicated to providing training for High School Teachers and became the first Teachers College in the country. In 1937 it became the first accredited Teachers College.
